How do I place an order?

Simply choose your favorite design or style from the drop-down menu on the product page. Then click “add to cart” and follow the steps to complete your order.

We will prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after you finish your purchase.

 

What if I don’t get a confirmation email?

If you don't see your confirmation email in your inbox, check your spam folder or make sure that you entered the correct email address when you checked out.

If you still don’t see the email, message us at support@darksolescollection.com and we will resolve as soon as possible.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

To track the status of your order, visit the track order page and enter the order information provided in the confirmation email. 

 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours after completing the purchase. We cannot make any changes after 24 hours as your order will already be in production.

Email us at  support@darksolescollection.com to cancel or modify your order.

 

How does DarkSoles keep its prices competitive?

We are an online retailer offering custom-designed, monochrome only, footwear. 

We supply print-on-demand and ship our products directly from the manufacturer to you, which means there’s no middleman, mark-ups, or extra charges for our merchandise.

Can you tell me about your products?

Our footwear is made for comfort, style, and durability and we partnered with top-rated manufacturers to bring you high-quality products made from premium materials:

  • 100% polyester, canvas upper side
  • Ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) rubber outsole
  • Breathable lining, soft insole
  • Faux leather toe cap
  • Padded collar, lace-up front

 

How do I know which size to get?

Ordering online can be a gamble, but we make it easy. Before you place an order, we suggest reviewing our product specs section located directly under every product by clicking on ‘show more’ to view our sizing guide and disclaimers. 

 

What do I do if my order is damaged or has a defect?

Your satisfaction is our priority; and while our products are carefully inspected before shipment, sometimes things slip through the cracks. 

So, if your order is flawed, damaged, of poor quality, or incorrect in any way, we’ll reprint and send you a new one free of charge.

When will my card be charged?

We will charge your account immediately after you successfully place your order. 

 

Do you store customer payment details?

We adhere to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information during checkout and purchase.

Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (ssl) technology, which is widely used on the internet for processing payments. 

Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

 

How long does delivery take?

All our products are custom-printed and handmade. Depending on the number of orders we are currently processing, we take 2-5 business days to make your custom-ordered product for all production techniques. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Our estimated shipping time is between 2-4 weeks. 

To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time. 

 

How do I track my package?

We will send your tracking number and information to your email once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, which is usually 2-5 business days after you place your order.

 

What countries are eligible for delivery?

While the DarkSoles community knows no borders, international shipping regulations do. Consequently, we only deliver to the following countries (as of today):

United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, United Kingdom, New Zealand.

What to do if I never received my order? 

If you don’t receive your DarkSoles items 60 days after making your purchase, that’s super weird and we want to know! Contact our customer support team at support@darksolescollection.com, or message us on our contact us page.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost varies by location and shipping method. To see your specific cost you can enter your delivery address and select your preferred shipping method on the secured checkout page.  Shipping costs are calculated based on the items you've selected. You will see the shipping cost for your order at the bottom of the page.


What about international custom fees?

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the price of the product nor in the shipping. These charges vary from one country to another and are unfortunately your responsibility. You could verify the charges with your country's customs office to determine what these additional fees might be.

 

What is your return policy?

Because every item is custom-made, we do not accept returns of any kind. However, your satisfaction is our priority so we’ll work with you to find a solution and make sure you are happy.
